How SWEET it is!

Do you know how long I've waited for the chance, ability, reason, excuse, and miracle to post a picture of my 'family' - one that includes more than just a couple?

How many times I have stared at a picture of the two of us and imagined and

 wished for someone little there with us.

Jenna is so much more than I have imagined.

How sweet it is for Aaron and I to have this blessing in our lives.

We are so grateful!

2 MonTHs

At her two month check up Buggie weighed 12 lbs. 2 oz. and was 24 1/2" long. She hated her shots and mom almost cried. Dad might have had a tear too.


She is SOOOOOOOOO CCUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
         We just love every minute with her.

1 month old!

She is my every minute of my every day.
               Aaron manages to squeeze into some of those minutes too :).

Meetin' the cousins

Over the past couple of weeks Jenna has met all of her cousins except for the Missouri boys, Bridger and Emmett. Sadly though, I do not have pictures of her meeting Hadley and Jaxi.

It was all Kesley could do to get to Jenna. She wanted her feet sooo bad. I'll agree - they are pretty neat. :).

"The scowl"

Emma was very good at holding Jenna. Whenever she would make a peep Emma would sing to her. She sang "I Am a Child of God" and the song from Tangled. The one that made Repunzel's hair glow. Emma knew every word.

Maren would sing her Twinkle Twinkle (Little Star... not verbalized)

I just know Jenna loves her cousins and next year she's going to be following them everywhere.

well when you're only three weeks old - pictures from your first two weeks are oldies :)

2 Weeks Old

At Jenna's 2 week check up she weighed 8 lbs. 10 oz. and is almost 22 inches. Let me put it this way... she loves to eat.

It is crazy how fast she is changing and growing. We had to raise her car seat straps today - not quite sure we are ready for her to grow up.
