Shasta's progeny

Shasta had 8 puppies. They were oh so fun and cute. Shasta was a happy and proud Momma.

Then they grew

and grew...

and grew... and Shasta became a tired and wore out momma :)

The puppies sold very quickly... it was good but kind of sad when they were gone.

One word... Aaron

What a lucky gal I am to have Aaron in my life.

1. He's Fun

2. He's kind. (flowers when I got home from work)

3. He works hard...and luck is usually not on his side.
Stuck...

...and then one round later - STUCK again.

he's gathering chains from when he was stuck before

Seattle

Aaron and I took a trip to Seattle. We had some flight credits that needed to be used, rented a car and used hotel points. So would you call us CHEAP or THRIFTY?

First we went to the Seattle Temple and that is always great.
I loved all the different plants on the grounds.

We took a large car ferry to Bremerton and stayed there a day and saw some of the sights.

Boats... these are the kind that make me puke when out on the ocean. I love them though.

Aaron has a better jump than me. Maybe it is because I was never a Panther Bballer.

Aaron was infatuated with this OH SO LARGE TREE. I'll admit... it is pretty impressive since it had to start growing in the 1300's. OH and by the way, it is in La Push... Loved it!

I was so excited to go and see the land of the Vampires :). I felt like a little girl seeing Santa Claus. Just a little disappointed that I didn't seen any pal faces.

We stopped at the beach in Sequim on our way back to Seattle. Sequim in pronounced sqim like swim... funny name but very beautiful.

It was a great trip and would love to take some of our family back and go on a river fishing trip.

The Bloggin' World

SO... I have decided to join the world of blogging. It has taken me a month to get this much done. I had a hard time deciding on names for the blog. Here are a few names for the blog that Aaron and I thought of: "Under the Bleachers" (snickering) "Chick in the Sticks" "Farm Girl Diaries" and  "Mishaps of a Farmer Girl". Well I decided on one and my blog is born. It is going to be a huge learning curve for me in posting. HA! Be brave and excuse my mistakes.
